Absolutely loved this place and want to go back! Asked about gluten free options and although the menu isn't marked our server told us almost everything was or could be modified to be gluten free. There were so many options it was hard to pick! We decided to get a bunch of apps and plates to share instead of main dishes. My personal favorite was the clams. They even brought out some pandebono for me since I couldn't have the regular bread. Cocktails and wine were also really good. We were celebrating an anniversary and noted that in our reservation so when we got dessert they added a special decoration. Really nice atmosphere here even though it's a large restaurant it's broken up nicely. We opted for a patio table because the weather was nice. Only downside to that is that it faces the hotel pool and there were some screaming kiddos down there so something to keep in mind if you plan on sitting outside.
We were greeted upon entry by the host/hostesses who were super friendly and helpful. We decided to have a cocktail at the bar first (dirty martini & buffalo trace on the rocks), the bartender was help and spent time talking with us. We were seated with Mark and had the table closest to the kitchen/food runner area which we like for entertainment value (former hospitality employee). We ordered a bottle of wine which arrived quickly. Mark was helpful with selecting our apps and entrees. The tuna tostada is a must- the passion fruit and mango bubble (looks like an egg) gave a fresh citrus note that we loved. We also had the pork belly which was also served with a more citrusy sauce which we enjoyed as a change up from the typical pork belly apps at other restaurants. The giant ravioli dish will be hard not to get again when we go back, it was perfect! The pasta was thin and filling without making me feel overstuffed. The crab mix inside of it was plentiful and the sauce was delicious! I enjoyed having the lobster on top, crab mix inside, and I added the scallops which were a nice touch! My husband ordered the swordfish, very large portion which tasted amazing but it was a lot for one person without something else to change up the taste. We shared both entrees which worked out perfectly. If not definitely order a side with it! Both were delicious and I would highly recommend. For dessert we did the chocolate sphere - mouth is still watering from how delicious the Black Forest cake was inside of it and that port wine sauce- yum! At no point did we feel like we were waiting or rushed- service here was one of the best experiences. We received a table visit from Shelby the executive chef and enjoyed our conversation. It was great sharing with her the positive experience we had and the opportunity to tell her how amazing the food was! We ended the night with an espresso martini and a bourbon at the bar continuing our earlier conversations of college football and the NFL. The espresso martini was made with dark rum and a cinnamon syrup- I definitely enjoyed this change up! Also - Bakers 13 was a new one for my husband to try and a good recommendation. The bar uses many local Florida liquors and house made syrups which we thought was cool! Perfect was to celebrate turning 45 :) Overall - highly recommend and we will be back!
The restaurant is beautifully decorated. I decided to sit at the bar today and the service was great. The bartender was knowledgeable of the menu and gave some recommendations. My favorite was the wild boar sliders, so definitely try those. The other items I ordered were good, just not something I would rave about.
My wife and I enjoyed multiple meals here while staying at the Hyatt Grand Cypress. Everything from the drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts came out great. Everything had a unique flavor, David our waiter was excellent both nights, he provided great recommendations and made it a wonderful experience. This is a must stop when visiting!
What a wonderful dining experience. Rida, our server, was by far a highlight of the evening. His sense of humor and wit set the tone for the experience. Each plate offered something special. The Ice Cold Oysters & Pearls
(Ginger Beer Mignonette, Gari Pearls) will forever live in my memory — packed a burst of flavor! The wagyu and jerked lamb are excellent choices for the entree. We also had the panna cotta and chocolate mole were equally as good. However, the chocolate mole is lingering in my palette. Delicious!
Highly recommend four flamingos. The food was delicious. We started with the pinchos & broccolini which were both amazing. For entrees we ordered the Caribbean Chicken and the Waygu both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Aside from the food being delicious our service was amazing. Marc was our waiter and he was on it all night- never missing a beat. He provided recommendations, checked in on us, kept us informed on timing between our appetizers and entrees- all with a smile on his face. This place is a must try!
The food is certainly fresh but lacks an element or such that would make it pop. For example, the crab and shrimp stuffed potato was rather bland. A hint of citrus or yuzo would help the seafood to shine. The key lime pie was just a pie. The alcohol poured on top did not burn off when lit because there was a delay in igniting it, so it sat on the pie. The beverages were really good, and the pork belly had a nice flavor.

What an amazing dining experience! Wildly romantic and very high-end food and dining experience!! My wife and I had a tremendous experience here and the food was a 10/10! On the pricey side but I highly recommend dining here if on the property!
